Desafio COFECE 2023

This project is a chatbot developed for WhatsApp with the aim of helping users identify if a particular behavior they are being affected by pertains to economic competition. The chatbot asks situational questions and, based on the user's responses, determines if the issue is relevant to economic competition, what type it is, and what tools, documents, or courses provided by the Economic Competition Commission are available to guide them. I developed a chatbot for the faculty where I studied economics, addressing the information accessibility issues many students faced. Originally, all announcements were disseminated through email. However, a survey I conducted revealed that only 3 out of 10 students checked their emails daily. This insight led me to develop the bot, ensuring students could access announcements and information on a platform they use daily.
